Timings

  Loan Services : Loan services are available between 8:00 am to 8:00 p.m. on all days including Sundays & Bank Holidays for all locations except Bihar & Jharkhand, where agent services are available between 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays & 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays only (Facility is not available on Sundays & Bank Holidays)
 Banking : Banking services are combination of IVR and Agent offering depending on the type of transaction. All IVR transactions are available 24x7 on all days. Reporting loss of cards is a PhoneBanker-assisted facility and is available 24 hours on all days.
 Demat Account Services : Services are available between 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m on weekdays & 9:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m on Saturdays (This facility is not available on Sundays & Bank Holidays)

I have request for my mobile number updation yesterday at BTM layout 2nd stage branch, bangalore. I was told that my number will be updated by 6 pm same day. But still it has not been updated. I am in urgent need of Net banking. Kindly do the needfull.

today i am transferred an amount through net banking, but that amount rs.1199/- deducted from my account, but money not deposited that particular account. kindly help me in this regard & can u give the transaction id please.
