i am working here in haridwar n one day i saw the dominos outlet. i immediately asked my rickshaw to pull over n picked up the menu card from there with intend of ordering pizza the very same day later on. i called in the night n ordered a regular deluxe veggie pizza. the pizza was hot n on time. i asked them specifically to send some extra sauce n pepper. when i opened the case there was no sauce... :-(
what is pizza without sauce?? anyways i called them up immediately n told said tht u must hv forgotten. they didnt even hv the politeness of saying tht sir its late n there were no sachets left. they told me tht if i would hv gone there to eat then only they cud provide me the sauce. they dnt hv sauce sachets!!!
today i ordered another one just few mins. before. i ordered one medium 3cheese farmhouse pizza. i told them tht i want extra chilly, sauce n pepper. they forget the previous two again. if they cnt send the extra sauce n chilly then they shud hv put it within d pizza itself. they r running multimillion dollar company n they cnt even provide its customer five 1Rs. sachets of sauce on orders of at least 300Rs. worth... charge me next time for sauce also if there will b one. coz m nt gng to order pizza ever again frm dominos n i will ask all my frnds n felatives not to. dominos seems to hv lost all credibility.

We are regular customers of Dominoe's Pizza. Today I had placed an order and requested for 15% discount. As we were given coupons that had expired on our previous delivery, I mentioned the code and requested the order-taker to put the proper date. However, she refused. As we are regular customers, we have previously been given discount on request. The delivery-boy's also most of the time don't know what the coupons are and don't take them. I suggest you give individual identity codes to all regular customers.

Appreciation for a delightfull service

Thank You Dominos for your well being. I had met the Dominos pizza at last week in the Malleshwaram store this was my first time in Dominos. I was welcomed delightfully from the shopkeepers and they are very sincere at work. The one guy who welcomed me was Pradeep who warmly welcomed me to the Dominos . As this was my 1st time in Dominos this was my best.before i was a fan of K.F.C and Mc,Dowells now after the visiting of Dominos i have become a Dominos fan . Really the team members of Dominos is doing really good job. Pradeep one of the team member of Dominos treated me very delightfully and the interaction from Dominos members in the malleshwaram store was really good and thanks Dominos i had a great fun.............................Now iam surely a Domino s fan

Dominos have been delivering on my location previously. Today when i ordered they are suddenly calling up after 1/2 hour that they can't deliver and money will only come back to me after 7 working (?) days.

If you can't take orders online and deliver them on time then why have the website??

non delivery of pizza

I ordered pizza on 21-10-2011 at around 20.20 hrs and the time for delivery was told at 30-40minutes and at 21-25 i reminded the pizza out let at Gaurav towers about the non delivery and i was given another 20 minutes but till 22.00 hrs no delivery has been made i think who takes care of these things.

Bad service in Trivandrum

Hi,

After many really bad experiences i'm finally writing to you. I'm from trivandrum and live near the technopark. I order from the Domino's in the tejaswini building. Time and again I have had problems with delivery. Either some of my order is forgotten but still billed for. Or The Pizza is delivered afetr 2 hours. If I call the place multiple times an hour after I haven't got my pizza, people simply don't answer the phone sometimes.

Sadly, yours is the only place that delivers at home around here and I have no choice. But the day I do I won't be eating Domino's ever again.

internationaly one of the biggest brand name called dominios piz

publish it so that all customers of Dominos pizza can also face my kind of bad experience

their was address mistake but then to Mr. Sudher delivered it to my correct address by telecommunication he was soft spoken and polite and i am total satisfied by his part of work at the best.

but Mr.. Tiwari at Indranagar was very harsh in talking & shouting on me address mistake culprit. without listening my part of the story shouted on me, used inappropriate words as stupid etc i am going to take this matter to consumer coat on this Monday at 10 am to make dominos pizza people learn how to talk . use of soft speaking asin all marketing books every single student who is minium graduate know the rule of marketing and service sector are always taught that coutmer is always right secondly the way of talking to a customer is soft language listning to customer problem and finaly trying to understand itand then finda solution to the problem and talk to thecustomer make him explane every thing.................................. solved but curently mr tiwari manager of dominos indranagar center in city lucknow state up dosent know any thing like this he wasvery bad experience of my life and he is going to finish the coustomer problem by shouting and use of un-appropreate words. and makesure this mail get published on social networking sitesand destroy the brand name of dominos in pizza industry.

Dominos Pizza

Dominos has just opened an outlet in Ajmer (Rajasthan). I called in for a home delivery, however they said it was unavailable. I then placed an order for 3 large non-veg pizzas, the operator said "NO" telephonic orders and asked us to send for a pick-up. She said the order once given at the outlet would take 15 minutes. Sad to say the service was pathetic and the pizzas were prepared after a wait of 1 hour and 5 minutes.............I suppose the less said the better regarding the Pizzas which were awfully packed and tasted just as bad...........................By the way there was a 25% Inaugural Discount which was not adjusted in the bill............!!! We definitely need some more Anna Hazares to take on the Multinationals and their franchises which treat the Indian customer with utter disdain and contempt........as people are used to the"chalta hai" attitude in rural India............well "Long Live Dominos.................!!!!!!!!"

Same pizza, same company, different taste

I was very pleased when Dominos opened up in Ajmer as i am a big fan. But to my disappointment, now i had pizza more than thrice but found the quantity of cheese less in comparison to stores in Jaipur. Have anyone experienced the same? I believe the taste is far better in other cities in comparison to Ajmer.

Late and poor packing of Pizzas

Dear Sir, I have placed an order with Chennai , Anna nagar Branch for two medium Pizzas wide order no 213 . at 8.25 pm. Till 9. 30 pm , the pizza was deliverd,

On reaching my place, I was shocked to open the pizza box. One portion of the pizza stricking to the top of the box and rest at the bottom side. All the topping was seen to the walls of the box. The explanation from the delivery boy was being saturday, there was heavy rush.

Does it mean , that I should'nt order a Pizza on saturday ? I have taken nice picture of the state of delivery and would be more than happy to share the same with you. On speaking with the manager , I was told that we would redo the order. Do you think some one would wait for 2 hrs to have pizza ?

I am sorry to write all about the the state of affair. I feel there are better people who can deliver Pizza , hot and crisp and well on time.

gluten free pizza

Hi,
We are abig fan of your dominos pizza ,especially my 7yr old son,but ironically we have ayounger son just 18months old who is equally fond of your pizza but can't have it due to gluten allergy.Well, my request is do you have any gluten free pizza in your menu which can be available with the normal pizza,so that it is easily accessible as it is for any normal human(who is not gluten sensitive).If not can you make a difference & take a step further in considering our earnest request,it could make alot difference to the gluten sensitive people .

poor service

I had a very good experience with the Dominos pizza but yesterday when I called at Dominos at 10:45 pm. at Bhathar road Surat Dominos, the person name chetan told me that they could not take my order because its 11:00 when I told him its 10:45 only and you had deliver me before also but the person was very ride to me. when I asked can I talk to your sinior he gave the call to name called Joy and Joy told me we will not deliver whatever you can. When I told that I want to talk to your store manager he reply me back thier is no one like store manager. I m the only person whom you can talk. language which they are using was not to the Dominos standard. they both were rude and mannerless. it was a pathetic experience to me in Dominos pizza and I have to think twice before going to Dominos pizza.
