Dear Sir,

Prakash Lodhia an businessman and DIAMOND COUSTMER having more than 3 accounts from last 30yrs .account no.310120110000261-31020110000298-310120110000376 .I applied for DBD 13 OCT 2012 in bank of India, Lakhajiraj road branch, RAJKOT, GUJARAT.I dint get any response yet from the bank manager. I often go to the bank to ask about the DBD renewal but the bank manager Mr.Gupta does not give any response and make us to wait outside his cabin as his slave for long hours. The reason behind the delay of our DBD RENIWAL is he did not pass our documents to higher authorities, the documents we have given is still on his table without any proper action. When I ask the reason for the delay for our, He openly said i will take care first for my relatives then for my staffs and finally yours. He is so unkind and irresponsible. He treated the people as his slaves’ want to ask you sir/madam, we don’t have rights to get kind behavior? Are we slaves of bank managers? I want you to kindly take action soon on the bank manager of lakhajiraj branch of boi..Awaiting for your speedy response..

Since I was not interested in availing the same, I destroyed those papers. I Ashok kumar singh retired from Indian air force having an account in boi SINDRI dhanbad, jharkhand branch. Above said branch has recieved my PPO in the month of january 2012. on 1 feb I visited the branch and completed all the required formalities. Till date neither my pension has been started nor the gratuity and commutation ammount has been transfered to my account.Sir at present I am in Nagpur and it is not possible to visit the branch very frequently.On sending some relatives for query regarding my pension status the behavier of branch staff is not very satisfactory. Kindly look into the above said matter and do the needfull.

I want to inform you that my Account No. 710110100001794 in the name of NIRMAL KUMAR SHARMA in single Saving Bank account of Bank Of India, Pratap Vihar, GHAZIABAD, U.P- 201009. I have processed for joint Account with my son Anurag Bhardwaj on 4- 6-2011. The bank processed on same day in my passbook to Joint Account on written. I have given a cheque signed by my Son Anurag Bhardwaj on 15.6.2011 to Electricity Deptt Ghaziabad for Electric bill. It is informed by Electricity Dept Ghaziabad that my Cheque No. 040522 110013072 which is signed by Anurag Bhardwaj was bounced by the bank on 15.6.2011 which is due to not conversion of my account from Single Account to Joint Account as already requested to Bank of India Pratap Vihar on 4-6-2011. I go to your branch Bank Of India Pratap Vihar on 16 -7 -2011 where it is informed by manager that my above cheque is bouncing due to not scanning of signature & photo of Anurag Bhardwaj. Due to bouncing of my cheque I am panelized by Electric Dept Ghaziabad by Rs 885. Also Cheque bouncing Penality of your branch is Rs. 150/- is another penalty on me.
So, I request you that in above matter “what is my fault ?” why I give the penalty of Rs. 1035/- ?. As the above matter is totally at the part of Bank. Please do enquiry for this matter and penalize the faulter officials of your bank and recover the amount of Rs. 1035/- from them and deposit the same amount in my above account. Otherwise, I will go to The Consumer Forum. If your answer is not received within 15 days, I bound to go to Consumer Forum.

not got it my ATM last 65 days

Dear sir,

my name is maksud ali m. Hospet i have opend my SB account in bank of india hospet. Karnataka, dated 25/07/2011 A/c no-842010110003197. i have my ATM PIN Number also. but still i have not recevid my ATM. so its very dificult to transaction any wre, my humble request you to arrange my ATM card as early as possible.

Whenever I call customer care

Whenever I call customer care to hotlist atm card lost, it says, the transaction could not be completed. It directs some other no. to me. And today I got a message on my mobile that my account has been debited with Rs.500/- from POS-IDEAL service station. What does this mean? Please let me know.

Refund my money due to some problem in your ATM

I used ATM card in your ATM(high court, doranda, ranchi) for withdrawing the money Rs800 on 10/08/2011 but i didnot received any money and the a/c shows, the money deducted from my a/c. I have done complain for this act in yours bank. My Complain no. is 243327138. So please solve my problem as soon as possible and please tell me how much time taken for solving this act.

i deposited rs. 450/- for CWE exam'2011 of Bank in bank of india.
bank gives me cash transaction id and ibps reference no. But in online application mandatory column is NEFT UTR NO. as per bank of india same br. have no NEFT. now what No. I entry in this column.

i am customer of bank of india ,Sonbarsa branch,Saharsa ,Bihar, (852129) i would like to know that is there possible to open the A .T.M CARD in that bank because many times i go to that branch to ask the atm form but the person say no ATM form so please let me know the what the real thing is going there.
