misbehaviour of BANK STAFF at Cash Counter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring in your notice that behavior of BOI staff at Angul, Odisha branch is so bad, unethical and unacceptable. My wife holding account in Bank of India since 9 years and belongs to Chennai Branch. Now, i have shifted to Angul due to workplace so obviously my wife also got shifted with me. Today when she went to Bank of India to withdraw money then the cashier who was sitting on counter start misbehaving such a way like she has done some crime. They start suggesting that why you have come to Angul, if you come to Angul then why are you holing Chennai's account, close this account, we cannot give you money because this account belongs to Chennai branch, ...etc many more un-related statement start pouring on her. She has approached Branch Manager but he is also least bother to help rather he has also taken side of his employee who was sitting on the cash counter. At last she has returned back to home without withdrawing money.
Simply Branch Manager told that you bring original PAN then only money can be withdrawn while she wanted to withdraw only ten thousand. As i know, PAN details needed only if cash amount exceed fifty thousand.

When i came to know that they have misbehaved then immediately called to Bank of India help line (022-40919191) and one madam picked up the phone and suggested to contact regional office Bhuvaneshwar on 0674 - 2559244. I called on Bhuvaneshwar Land line then Mr. Nageshwar Rao picked the phone and told me that some one from BOI regional office would call me but yet to receive call from Bank.

It is really surprising that now world is going somewhere and these nationalized BANK's staff behaviors is moving towards worst. I know, all nationalized Bank staffs are not same but due to these kind of staff whole image of nationalized BANK's staffs are getting bad name and they are spoiling nationalized BANK name as well.
I strongly recommend to punish these kind of people so that they should not repeat in future with any other customer. One important point I would like to highlight, even though she is holding account in other bank like ICICI, HDFC but we have never faced these kind of situations.
This is totally unacceptable and unethical.

Complaint against the employee of Bank of India (Reclamation)

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have written this Complaint letter against the employee working in your bank's (Reclamation branch, Bandra - West, Mumbai - 400050)
On 14th May 2013, Between 10.30 am - 11.00 am, an employee in your bank who was updating the passbook of the customers wasted most of the time in unnecessary conversation with his colleagues about their personal talks. This is not the first time that he has wasted everyone time. And incase if anyone would ask him to do the respective work or ask about his any query he would always talk arrogantly and rudely. sorry but this is against the ethics of the commercial/banking industry. Unfortunately I don't know his name or else I would have address him by his name itself.He is an slightly aged man.
Kindly take corrective measures. Hope my complaint would be heard by the authority.

Issue of debit card

My debit card has been expired during July , 2012 , before that I visited my branch berhampore, West Bengal for getting a new card. I have informed that after expiry only new card application may be accepted. Accordingly I have meet the concerned officer on 24.12.2012 for new card proposal. He cutted my expired card in to piceses and assured me for new card. Now after four month may I expect the same ? Otherwise I may withdraw my account . Kindly advise me at the earliest .

Swasthya Bima Policy not renewed without break

We are having this policy thro BOI for the last 2 years and the branch is auto debiting my premium from our SB account. This year despite having balance, it was not debited. Later on after a week's time, It came to our notice and we had given a cheque to be used for this purpose. Bank has debited the premium but the policy is not issued to us despite reminders. We have received a letter from National Insurance that the payment by the clearing house is returned for not using MICRE Cheque by the Branch ( Pay order). How are we responsible for not AUTO DEBITING our accounts in time?

Ractification of withdrawl transaction

Dear Sir,

My self Murlidhar Das having SB Ac No. 009210110003622 in Boisar Branch. On Date.24.02.2012, 10.39 am, while i was withdrawal at ICICI ATM point Khopoli,ATM ID:S1CW5526 Rs.2000/- twice, at that time transaction was declined and response code is 072 and transaction code:3202 and was unable to process. Thus the Amount Rs.4000/- has been deducted from aforesaid Account due to some errors. There after i tried to withdrawal at SBI ATM point on Same Date at10.46 am ATM point Khopoli,ATM ID:S1OF005551001 Rs.2000/- thrice, at that time transaction was declined and response code is 0091 and transaction code:3608 and was unable to process.

I BHAVNA RASTOGI had issued cheque no.462551 in favour of DSP BLACK ROCK TAX SAVER FUND for Rs. 20000.00 but my cheque had not been cleared inspite of having sufficient balance in my account. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had open my account in month of August (10.08.2012) and at the same time & same date I had filled the form for my debit card and they told me that within 3 weeks I will receive my debit card pin number but now its been 3 months and I didn't receive my Pin Number or Debit Card. I also visited my Bank Of India Saket Branch for the same but they told me unless and until I didn't Pin Number they will provide me with my Debit Card and without debit card its very difficult to withdraw money as I am working person so every time I have to call to my office boss and talk to him regarding that I will be late. Even for Rs. 500 I have to go bank that too only on weekdays. What if I am Stuck some where and I need money urgently in weekends?.
