Issue of debit card

My debit card has been expired during July , 2012 , before that I visited my branch berhampore, West Bengal for getting a new card. I have informed that after expiry only new card application may be accepted. Accordingly I have meet the concerned officer on 24.12.2012 for new card proposal. He cutted my expired card in to piceses and assured me for new card. Now after four month may I expect the same ? Otherwise I may withdraw my account . Kindly advise me at the earliest .

Swasthya Bima Policy not renewed without break
We are having this policy thro BOI for the last 2 years and the branch is auto debiting my premium from our SB account. This year despite having balance, it was not debited. Later on after a week's time, It came to our notice and we had given a cheque to be used for this purpose. Bank has debited the premium but the policy is not issued to us despite reminders. We have received a letter from National Insurance that the payment by the clearing house is returned for not using MICRE Cheque by the Branch ( Pay order). How are we responsible for not AUTO DEBITING our accounts in time?

Ractification of withdrawl transaction
Dear Sir,
My self Murlidhar Das having SB Ac No. 009210110003622 in Boisar Branch. On Date.24.02.2012, 10.39 am, while i was withdrawal at ICICI ATM point Khopoli,ATM ID:S1CW5526 Rs.2000/- twice, at that time transaction was declined and response code is 072 and transaction code:3202 and was unable to process. Thus the Amount Rs.4000/- has been deducted from aforesaid Account due to some errors. There after i tried to withdrawal at SBI ATM point on Same Date at10.46 am ATM point Khopoli,ATM ID:S1OF005551001 Rs.2000/- thrice, at that time transaction was declined and response code is 0091 and transaction code:3608 and was unable to process.
in connection of whole process i have lost at around Rs.10000/- (Ten Thousand) from Account.
Hence you are requested to look into the above matter and arrange to recover the deducted amount at earliest date and obliged.

I BHAVNA RASTOGI had issued cheque no.462551 in favour of DSP BLACK ROCK TAX SAVER FUND for Rs. 20000.00 but my cheque had not been cleared inspite of having sufficient balance in my account. I have not been told about the reason for returning cheque. and also been charged Rs. 100.00 as panalty. though there is no mistake on my side as my bank branch had issued me non micr cheque. my panalty amount should be retured to me.

However, due to some ATM problem, he didn’t receive the money from the machine. However, when the balance was checked, it was found that INR 10,000 was deducted from the account. dear all,
my name V govindaraju, i am one of customer in V V Puram branch Bangalore 560004, my ac no 840210110000796 since 1998, i have current ac also , form day one not even single cheque return for the reason insufficient fund, taken many loan and return very promptly.
Now i want some bank support to grow my business. Last 4 month i am running from pillar to post get some facilities from your bank. I have given all the documents asked from the branch. but till now nothing has happened. The ultimate result is Zero. I am back to Square One. Being a good customer for 14 years the treatment which i got is intolerable. Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had open my account in month of August (10.08.2012) and at the same time & same date I had filled the form for my debit card and they told me that within 3 weeks I will receive my debit card pin number but now its been 3 months and I didn't receive my Pin Number or Debit Card. I also visited my Bank Of India Saket Branch for the same but they told me unless and until I didn't Pin Number they will provide me with my Debit Card and without debit card its very difficult to withdraw money as I am working person so every time I have to call to my office boss and talk to him regarding that I will be late. Even for Rs. 500 I have to go bank that too only on weekdays. What if I am Stuck some where and I need money urgently in weekends?.
I also tried your customer care number 1800220088 but they gave an alternative number which is 022-40429123 and I tried this number so many times but there is no response, Is this kind of customer service you provide to your customers???.
So I want to know how much more you all will require to give one single debit card???

I Ashok kumar singh retired from Indian air force having an account in boi SINDRI dhanbad, jharkhand branch. Above said branch has recieved my PPO in the month of january 2012. on 1 feb I visited the branch and completed all the required formalities. Till date neither my pension has been started nor the gratuity and commutation ammount has been transfered to my account.Sir at present I am in Nagpur and it is not possible to visit the branch very frequently.On sending some relatives for query regarding my pension status the behavier of branch staff is not very satisfactory. Kindly look into the above said matter and do the needfull.

NON ACTIVATION OF INSTA PIN

I have applied for insta pin on 12 Dec 2011 at BOI Mhow branch and am got it same day itself. Also told me that this will be activated within two to three days. 3 weeks passed whenever I tried the reply from ATM is "you have entered incorrect pin three times your card is blocked". Sir,
I want to inform you that my Account No. 710110100001794 in the name of NIRMAL KUMAR SHARMA in single Saving Bank account of Bank Of India, Pratap Vihar, GHAZIABAD, U.P- 201009. I have processed for joint Account with my son Anurag Bhardwaj on 4- 6-2011. The bank processed on same day in my passbook to Joint Account on written. I have given a cheque signed by my Son Anurag Bhardwaj on 15.6.2011 to Electricity Deptt Ghaziabad for Electric bill. It is informed by Electricity Dept Ghaziabad that my Cheque No. 040522 110013072 which is signed by Anurag Bhardwaj was bounced by the bank on 15.6.2011 which is due to not conversion of my account from Single Account to Joint Account as already requested to Bank of India Pratap Vihar on 4-6-2011. I go to your branch Bank Of India Pratap Vihar on 16 -7 -2011 where it is informed by manager that my above cheque is bouncing due to not scanning of signature & photo of Anurag Bhardwaj. Due to bouncing of my cheque I am panelized by Electric Dept Ghaziabad by Rs 885. Also Cheque bouncing Penality of your branch is Rs. 150/- is another penalty on me.
So, I request you that in above matter “what is my fault ?” why I give the penalty of Rs. 1035/- ?. As the above matter is totally at the part of Bank. Please do enquiry for this matter and penalize the faulter officials of your bank and recover the amount of Rs. 1035/- from them and deposit the same amount in my above account. Otherwise, I will go to The Consumer Forum. If your answer is not received within 15 days, I bound to go to Consumer Forum.
