I Ashok kumar singh retired from Indian air force having an account in boi SINDRI dhanbad, jharkhand branch. Above said branch has recieved my PPO in the month of january 2012. on 1 feb I visited the branch and completed all the required formalities. Till date neither my pension has been started nor the gratuity and commutation ammount has been transfered to my account.Sir at present I am in Nagpur and it is not possible to visit the branch very frequently.On sending some relatives for query regarding my pension status the behavier of branch staff is not very satisfactory. Kindly look into the above said matter and do the needfull.

NON ACTIVATION OF INSTA PIN

I have applied for insta pin on 12 Dec 2011 at BOI Mhow branch and am got it same day itself. Also told me that this will be activated within two to three days. 3 weeks passed whenever I tried the reply from ATM is "you have entered incorrect pin three times your card is blocked". Sir,
I want to inform you that my Account No. 710110100001794 in the name of NIRMAL KUMAR SHARMA in single Saving Bank account of Bank Of India, Pratap Vihar, GHAZIABAD, U.P- 201009. I have processed for joint Account with my son Anurag Bhardwaj on 4- 6-2011. The bank processed on same day in my passbook to Joint Account on written. I have given a cheque signed by my Son Anurag Bhardwaj on 15.6.2011 to Electricity Deptt Ghaziabad for Electric bill. It is informed by Electricity Dept Ghaziabad that my Cheque No. 040522 110013072 which is signed by Anurag Bhardwaj was bounced by the bank on 15.6.2011 which is due to not conversion of my account from Single Account to Joint Account as already requested to Bank of India Pratap Vihar on 4-6-2011. I go to your branch Bank Of India Pratap Vihar on 16 -7 -2011 where it is informed by manager that my above cheque is bouncing due to not scanning of signature & photo of Anurag Bhardwaj. Due to bouncing of my cheque I am panelized by Electric Dept Ghaziabad by Rs 885. Also Cheque bouncing Penality of your branch is Rs. 150/- is another penalty on me.
So, I request you that in above matter “what is my fault ?” why I give the penalty of Rs. 1035/- ?. As the above matter is totally at the part of Bank. Please do enquiry for this matter and penalize the faulter officials of your bank and recover the amount of Rs. 1035/- from them and deposit the same amount in my above account. Otherwise, I will go to The Consumer Forum. If your answer is not received within 15 days, I bound to go to Consumer Forum.

not got it my ATM last 65 days

my name is maksud ali m. Hospet i have opend my SB account in bank of india hospet. Whenever I call customer care to hotlist atm card lost, it says, the transaction could not be completed. It directs some other no. to me. And today I got a message on my mobile that my account has been debited with Rs.500/- from POS-IDEAL service station. What does this mean? Please let me know.

bank gives me cash transaction id and ibps reference no. But in online application mandatory column is NEFT UTR NO. as per bank of india same br. have no NEFT. now what No. I entry in this column.
