Worst Service.
Hi,
I had called up on 4th Nov 2011 and spoke to a customer service rep and told him that i wanted a motor insurance for my car.The premium amount was also confirmed and an inspection was scheduled on Sat 5th Nov 2011.Its 9th Nov and no one has the decency to give a call.Customer service no: 18002333355 is always busy and they do not call back- I have been calling for 3 days now .It seems that this is a preview of the kind of company that Bajaj Allianz is....not interested in business and zero coordination d do not want to take a risk with such a laid back and irresponsible company people.
Ive planned to go to TATA AIG and have taken an appointment.Shall be closing the deal by tomorrow.

My name is Vinod Asalkar.
My Policy No: 0028786040 and Plan is New Family Gain.
I am from Parbhani, Dist Parbhani Maharashtra.
My Agent Name is Maneesha Sharma, Parbhani Maharashtra. I don't know agent code.
My Policy started on 28/10/2006.
I have paid three premiums and my agent told me that there is no need to pay more.
From April 2011 I have started to contact my agent to get the status of my policy.
She failed to tell even my policy no. and my policy status as she left the work at that time.
So I contacted Bajaj Allianz on their customer care number (1800-233-3355) and email ID (life [at] bajajallianz [dot] co [dot] in).
No one has replied me.
Today I got a letter saying that "Your Policy has Terminated" and a cheque with not even 10% amount of paid to my total premiums.
Can anyone tell me what is happening to my policy and why?
Thanks
Vinod Asalkar

RE: Read with Open Eyes
Hi Vonod,
I saw your post & understood your situation very well. See I am not the expert on this but I would like to advice you that please ask your complain no while talking to customer care for future reference, see if you are repeatating calling every time it will get new complaint.Better you stick with one. Second you right an application to Bajaj Allianz Corporate office stating with all details like your complain no, policy commenced date, premium paid amount & date with scan copy or bill no etc. Also mention in that if this is not resolved or not taken up go to the consumer forum.
Please send it through registered post (Govt post office) & keep receipt it with you. It will take time but you will get justice if you have genuine reason & even you will get the amount which you are eligible for it. my email id is ya_teju [at] yahoo [dot] com.
Thanks.
