Big time issue with customer service. The email provided on the website community-help [at] amazon [dot] in and amznindpr [at] amazon [dot] com is not working. I have an issue and tried couple of times using the email but i am getting the below given failure. This is not a good service at all to a so called Prime member.

I have just noticed something unusual on my amazon account as all reviews have been blocked.This account was being handled by my wife during this pandemic as flip kart was not able to provide deliveries to my address.She was quite actively placing orders and providing feedback with great excitement. However it seems to bother amazon? Even though they were verified purchases using Amazon Pay card not sure what the problem is.This is not good customer service to a Prime member by blocking all reviews without even discussing what the issue is.So not happy at all with this service.Kindly arrange a call back to discuss it further.I am very upset with this kind of unprofessional behavior with Amazon so kindly help me resolve it asap.

Amazon Prime App not working on TV

My Amazon Prime app was working well on my TV and stopped working from 2 days back. I tried to reload the app and it is not downloading. NETFLIX and others work well so the internet is not the problem. Any thoughts????

Most importantly as a courtesy at least we should be able to chat with customer service to resolve the issue. In days of 24x7 service Amazon is pathetic and has no service. I shall write this directly to US HQ of Amazon and they can discard this as a disgruntled customer but I am sure that many others will have the same problem....
